Pay Rate: Our Phone Shop colleague rate starts from £12.87/hour; increases to £14.08 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
It’s Tesco policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours weekly. Shifts will be scheduled within these times with 3 weeks’ notice. We support flexibility; if your availability closely matches but isn’t exact, we’d love to hear from you.
