Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores inside the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 6am, an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour applies. Additional payments may depend on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours weekly for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling within the availability windows you provide, with 3 weeks\’ notice for shifts.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. This role involves serving customers with passion, working across various store areas, and supporting store operations. You will participate in store events, understand store performance, and handle products with care.
