Pay and Hours
Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45/hour; this increases to £13.66/hour for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule your shifts within your available times, with 3 weeks' notice. We are flexible and open to matching your availability as closely as possible.
