Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45/hour; this increases to £13.66 within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours/week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling within the advertised availability windows, with 3 weeks\’ notice for shifts.
