Temporary Team Assistant – Private Equity / HYBRID / 3 Months

£25 per hour

Love Success has a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available candidate to join one of our esteemed Private Equity clients as a Temporary Team Assistant. This role offers the chance to work in a boutique PE firm located in the West End and support a team of three Directors in a fast-paced environment. The hours are 9 am-6 pm with a hybrid working style.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of three Directors
• Prioritise workloads through diary management, meeting preparation, and organisation of global travel and itineraries
• Assist with investor relations tasks as required
• Work in a small boutique office environment, ensuring smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in financial services is essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience supporting multiple Partners or Directors is advantageous
• Availability for immediate start
