Site Manager – Penzance
Temporary Position
Offering a full portfolio of construction services solutions within the commercial sector, an established Principal Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a scheme in Penzance.
They pride themselves on offering clients a collaborative approach built for their needs, and this scheme has been negotiated off the back of previous performance which is testament to their ability to deliver innovative solutions.
The Site Manager would provide support to the existing site team and assume daily responsibility for running sections of the site, overseeing everything from QA and Health and Safety to managing the supply chain, updating the senior management team, and collating/maintaining site records and information.
PC literate, it is essential that the Site Manager has a proven track record at managing projects independently, possesses good communication skills, has excellent Health & Safety awareness, and holds the usual site certification (SMSTS, a Black or Gold CSCS card & First Aid at work).
This scheme commences in a week’s time covering for a couple of weeks.
