Working 15/20 hours a week

Boundary Outlet – Colne

As a member of our Front of House Service Staff, you will be the face of the restaurant. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every guest feels welcome and enjoys their time with us. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for hospitality, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning tables, ensuring the dining area is always presentable.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared to guests\’ specifications.
• Provide recommendations on menu items.
• Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the service area.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
