Job Description:

Robertson Bell is partnering with a large national charity to find a Finance Business Partner for temporary contracts. Based in Central London on a hybrid basis, this role will involve end-to-end business partnering and management accounting for a major directorate.

Main Responsibilities of the Interim Finance Business Partner include:

1. Producing monthly management accounts for your directorate, checking journals, and ensuring costs are correctly allocated.
2. Providing financial support to stakeholders through business partnering and reporting.
3. Assisting in developing the organisation’s annual budget and leading the forecasting process.
4. Influencing senior members to align with organisational strategy and ensure financial sustainability.
5. Supporting year-end procedures and ad hoc projects.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Qualified accountant.
2. Experience in producing full sets of management accounts.
3. Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
4. Experience in the charity sector is preferred but not essential.
