Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to provide support to their UK Functional Team, with additional support to their wider Functional Support Team. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of impactful projects. This role has a hybrid working style and has a day rate of £230 per day, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings, including team meetings, one-to-ones, conference calls, and annual review meetings.
  2. Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and taxis, ensuring adherence to schedules and visa requirements.
  3. Handle expense submission and reconciliation, including company credit card statements and currency conversion, while ensuring compliance with the Travel and Expense Policy.
  4. Liaise with the IT department to manage and resolve IT/mobile device issues.
  5. Assist with scanning, printing, and binding of documents for internal/external meetings.
  6. Provide cover/assistance to other executive assistants in the wider team, as required.
