Job Description:

• Location: Hayes, West London
• Start Date: ASAP (handover on 23rd May)
• Salary: £17-£20 per hour, depending on experience
• Payment: Weekly, every Friday, with additional holiday pay
• Potential for permanent position within the wider business
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (closed weekends and bank holidays)

We are seeking a confident and personable Lettings & Resident Services professional to cover during paternity leave at a well-maintained residential development in Hayes .

Your responsibilities will include supporting residents daily, handling maintenance queries, responding to lettings inquiries, and booking viewings.

You will work alongside an experienced on-site maintenance manager and will receive a full handover the Friday before your start date.

What You\’ll Need:

• Experience in residential lettings or resident services
• Confidence in communicating with residents and applicants
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
