Key Responsibilities

1. Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with our global retail objectives.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analyses to ensure our reward offerings remain competitive and attractive.
3. Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, national, and international regulations.
4. Performance Management: Partner with HR and management to support performance management processes and ensure alignment with reward strategies.
5. Employee Engagement: Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative reward solutions.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records and data management for all rewards-related activities.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and HR teams to communicate and implement reward strategies effectively.

Requirements

1. Experience: Proven experience in a similar Total Rewards role, preferably within the retail sector.
2. Knowledge: Strong understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks, market trends, and compliance requirements.
3. Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Availability: Immediate availability to start and flexibility to work on a freelance basis.
