Our client is looking for a Telecommunications Billing Administrator to support business users in procuring and managing mobile communication services in an enterprise environment.
Must have:
- 2+ years of experience managing telecommunication and mobility services
- Familiarity with Telecom Expense Management (TEM) tools and platforms (e.g., Tangoe)
- Experience supporting billing and services for multi-carrier clients
- Experience coordinating between vendors, accounts payable, and business users to resolve issues
- Proficient MS Office skills
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting employee pricing programs
Responsibility highlights:
- Supporting business users with telecom and mobility, including contracting coordination, account consolidation, and billing optimization
- Providing white-glove user support for executive leadership traveling internationally
- Managing wireline and wireless billing through contracted services or portals, working with vendor teams, Accounts Payable, and business users to resolve issues
- Making contract plan changes to resolve issues or optimize billing
- Monthly optimizations and savings reporting
- Managing vendor relationships, engagement, QBRs, contracts, or AP escalations
