Job Description:
VMware @ Broadcom is looking for a seasoned product manager responsible for driving ANS Division’s security and application delivery products with managed service provider customers. You will be working to evangelize, insert and expand VMware’s Firewall, Advanced Threat Prevention and Avi Load Balancer Products with customers, identify use cases, insertion strategies and deliver business case and technical collateral. This team is a fast-paced start-up environment where the successful candidate will wear many hats. You’ll be part of a dedicated and passionate team that has an open communication, empowerment, innovation, teamwork and customer success culture.
Responsibilities:
- Engage closely with sales teams and customers to drive ANS product sales and deployments.
- Work closely with product management and architects to provide feedback on feature prioritization, product design, implementation, testing and maintenance.
- Help build and drive early customer engagements.
- Produce technical collateral (white papers, videos, blogs) on technical and business value of the ANS portfolio for managed service providers.
- Speak at conferences, vMUGs and related forums.
- Engage with analysts and press.
Required Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of networking and network services products.
- Deep understanding of the managed service provider customer segment.
- Articulate and ability to deliver impactful messages to customers and partners.
- Speaking experience on industry forums and conferences.
- Experience in AR/PR activities.
