You will be responsible for generating leads, opportunities, and closing sales with new and existing accounts throughout the UK to meet sales targets of Narrow Web Customers .
The main function of the role is to establish, develop, and manage first-class, sustainable technical and commercial relationships with existing, new, and strategic customers, including account management responsibilities for designated accounts.
This will include providing technical service support to ensure our client delivers a superior customer experience.
You will also have account management responsibilities for new and existing accounts, working with the Commercial Director and Technical Manager to ensure product proposals meet customer needs and demands.
Ideal Candidate Background:
Industry knowledge within ink, printing consumables, and/or printing (Flexographic, Offset, Screen, or Gravure) .
Experience in all aspects of customer relationship management .
Proven success in new business growth .
Good knowledge of colour theory and ink management tools .
IT skills – proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
