Consortia has joined forces with an innovative Fintech seeking a Technical Lead. The position will suit someone who is still eager to be hands-on and code while leading a squad of seven simultaneously. The position has excellent personal growth opportunities and offers the chance to step up into a head of engineering role.
As the Technical Lead, you’ll bring hands-on technical cloud-native expertise and play a key role in helping robustly scale the platforms and products. You’ll be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing cutting-edge solutions in Mobile, Web, and Tooling, driving financial insights and predictive models, and improving the effectiveness of financial services.
Your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the technical development and delivery of products that align with the product vision.
- Leading the development squad and effectively shaping the technology roadmap.
- Enhancing software delivery capabilities and influencing the company’s overall technology strategy.
To excel in this position, you should have a proven track record of successfully taking products to production, with Full Stack modern programming expertise that includes React, Typescript, Node.js, React Native, and cloud development (AWS). Understanding domain-driven design and best practices in architecture, software, security, and data management is essential.
Experience in the fintech/financial services industry is advantageous, as is a background of delivering in other regulated markets. You will be highly valued in this role if you possess a strong drive for change, practical decision-making skills, and the ability to manage and upskill teams.
