Job Description:

Technical Customer Service (Bi-Lingual English/Italian)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle emails, calls, or chats in English & Italian in line with company policies
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and work towards resolutions
  • Research and resolve internal (Tier 1) and external technical issues reported by users
  • Gather data, test, replicate problems, and raise detailed bug tickets for the development team as needed
  • Collaborate with technical teams on escalations and help resolve complex issues

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in Customer Service, especially in technical support
  • Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and website CMS tools
  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English
  • Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality industries is a plus
  • Willing to work shifts, including some weekends
