This is an exciting role focusing on analysis within a transformational project implementing Infor Cloud Suite Fashion. The role also involves providing expert analysis and support for retail business applications, including warehousing, merchandising, and store operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Senior responsibility for understanding, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical solutions for projects.
  • Documenting new software changes and business processes.
  • Leading testing of IT retail applications, including designing and executing test scripts.
  • Collaborating closely with project stakeholders at all levels.
  • Managing system releases, monitoring changes, reporting issues, and resolving them.
  • Contributing to IT governance, managing change requests, and developing/supporting project and support processes.
  • Creating and maintaining user support documentation.
  • Training users on new functionalities and creating training materials.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with third-party software vendors.
  • Providing senior analysis support during critical incidents involving business applications.
  • Working in an agile environment with daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
  • Supporting team efforts by completing related tasks as needed.
