How you’ll make a difference

The Tech Experience & Colleague Enablement Lead is responsible for driving the digital workplace service enablement and continuous improvement across TSB. This role is crucial in ensuring that digital workplace services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with our strategy & objectives. You’ll make sure all our Technology works effectively and work in collaboration with the Digital Workplace Product Owner to drive the strategy, product management Colleague Enablement, and continually improve the tech experience. You’ll also be responsible for the delivery of infrastructure change and support the leadership team in developing and defining policies and strategies for their function.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven track record in technology, Infrastructure Delivery & Maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices.
  • Experience with ITSM tools and technologies.
  • Understanding of process improvement methodologies and their application in ITSM.
  • Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making and service improvements.
  • Knowledge of current IT trends and their implications for service management.
  • Technical Support and troubleshooting background.
  • Working knowledge of M.
