As the Team Manager, you will report to the Head of Service. Team Managers within the First Contact Service team are responsible for the daily operation of the service, including MASH. You will provide direction and management oversight for these cases and specific tasks, including contacting parents/carers or professionals, authorising all Initial Contacts & MASH Enquiries, and ensuring robust managerial oversight. You will liaise with Locality Team managers or managers in other teams regarding strategy meetings.

The First Contact Service aims to provide a consistent and efficient response to referrals received by Children’s Services. The service coordinates incoming referrals to ensure they follow the appropriate pathway based on the child’s needs and Pan London’s threshold matrix.
