Looking to take the next step in your assistant career as a Fluent German speaker? This role is perfect for you! Joining a global, top investment firm in London as a Team Assistant, you will support senior professionals (VP and Associate level). This dynamic role involves liaising with assistants and senior professionals across regions and teams. If you thrive on keeping things running smoothly, managing competing priorities, and building trusted relationships, this is your opportunity!

You should have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Assistant or Coordinator, with skills in diary management, travel booking, and logistics. You should be proactive, outgoing, and client-facing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Diary management, meeting arrangements, and conference calls across time zones.
2. Coordinating international travel (multi-stop).
3. Supporting other Assistants and working collaboratively as part of a team.
4. Writing itineraries.
5. Arranging visas.
6. Processing monthly expenses.

This is initially a 6-month contract, extendable to 12–18 months based on performance. There are also additional opportunities within the company.

Work is 5 days a week in the office. The rate is £19.50 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.
