Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position:

• Providing administrative support to all team members, including diary management, operations support, and coordination of events
• Travel coordination in the UK and internationally
• Meeting and greeting visitors and arranging meeting rooms
• Assisting with presentations, reports, and day-to-day admin support

• Proven team support experience within professional services
• Highly organized individual capable of working in a fast-paced environment with discretion and handling confidential information
