About the role
Teaching Assistants (TAs) will support academic lectures by delivering group teaching in seminars and workshops, and perform associated duties for students enrolled in modules in the School of Management. Duties may include marking coursework and exams.
The post holder will report to the module leader, with the appointment available from 22nd September to 30th June.

About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following criteria:
- Masters level education or equivalent qualifications and experience in a Management-related field relevant to the course modules.
- Experience with Software Engineering Methodologies and understanding of their alignment with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of Programming Logic and Problem-Solving skills.
- Familiarity with Project-Based Engineering, especially in software process philosophy.
- Business acumen applied to Software Development.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, email, and internet.
- Commitment to providing dedicated office hours for coursework support and student guidance.
- Previous teaching or public presentation experience.
- Relevant industry experience.
