Job Description: Tax Manager/Senior

Our client is a well-respected, growing independent firm known for delivering excellent client service. Due to their expansion, they are seeking to recruit a Tax Manager/Senior. Reporting to the Partner, you will be the main point of contact for all tax-related matters and responsible for providing tax advice on a diverse portfolio of OMB clients, covering both corporate and personal tax areas. Responsibilities include:

1. Advising on CGT, IHT, remuneration planning, succession planning, share schemes, and R&D.
2. Overseeing tax compliance work undertaken by the Accounts team.
3. Providing tax compliance assistance when necessary.

Ideal candidates will be CTA qualified with a strong background in both corporate and personal tax. Candidates qualified by experience or from a personal tax background will also be considered. Excellent client handling and communication skills are essential.
