Responsibilities:
- Design and implement talent development strategies and solutions.
- Enhance career development initiatives and promote a high-performance culture.
- Lead the development of performance management programs.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure alignment of talent strategies.
- Establish a sustainable global learning architecture.
- Develop metrics and analytics to measure talent management effectiveness.
- Provide guidance to executive leadership on talent management and succession planning.
- Prepare and present board papers.
- Manage a team of 10 talent professionals.
- Lead the Diversity Agenda by defining and reinforcing D&I goals, implementing actions, promoting education, and working closely with networks.
- Champion and role model the Behavioral Competencies and Corporate Behaviors.
