We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated recruitment coordinator to join the investment management team of one of our esteemed clients. As a recruiting coordinator, you will partner closely with internal recruiters and support various hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in talent acquisition or executive assistance within the buyside industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with different departments across all levels.
- Schedule interviews and liaise between candidates, interviewers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate virtual and on-site events such as job fairs or meetups.
- Maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\’s degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience involving problem solving, multi-tasking, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to perceive nuance in oral interactions.
