Talent Acquisition Partner, 12-18 month FTC – Education Sector – South London with hybrid working – c£48,000
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join a growing organisation.
Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading and managing Education recruitment across the organisation. Your key accountabilities will include:
- Developing new and existing sourcing strategies
- Identifying and attracting candidates for senior roles and creating talent pools for future roles
- Working on major projects and initiatives to improve recruitment and retention
- Leading on overseas recruitment campaigns
- Developing collaborative working relationships with senior leaders and with the broader HR team
- Supporting with the performance management of their PSL
You should be an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner or Manager with a track record of managing high volume recruitment campaigns from start to finish and of working on recruitment projects. Ideally, you will also have experience of overseas recruitment and of working in the education sector. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
