Our Talent Acquisition team at AlphaSights believes that our people are our greatest assets and integral to the service we provide. As a Talent Acquisition Associate in the Europe campus recruitment team, you will develop creative and innovative strategies to identify and engage world-class talent across key UK & European universities, guide candidates through our pipeline, and drive growth.

The Role

Our Talent Acquisition Associate position offers the opportunity to significantly impact our firm’s growth by learning to identify and select our most valuable asset: our people. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Full life-cycle recruitment: Managing end-to-end graduate pipelines and achieving hiring targets.
  • Attraction strategy and brand building: Planning and executing campus recruitment activities (events, marketing, partnerships) across UK and European universities (seasonal travel required).
  • Building relationships: With external partners and evaluating third-party platforms.
  • Proactive sourcing: Conducting research, referrals, and sourcing campaigns to engage active and passive candidates.
  • Candidate assessment: Screening applicants, conducting initial interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet hiring needs.
  • Candidate experience: Supporting candidates throughout the hiring process and maintaining engagement activities.
  • Candidate education and selling: Effectively communicating AlphaSights’ value proposition and opportunities.
  • Pipeline management and strategic planning: Maintaining applicant data, reporting on recruitment metrics, and shaping regional recruitment strategies.

What We Look For

  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate, campus, agency, or executive search recruitment, especially related to UK and Europe.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, French, Swedish, or Nordic languages are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials and extracurricular leadership.
  • Interest and ability in engaging top talent and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Dependability and teamwork orientation.
