Salary: Up to £28,038.40 per annum (pro-rata), depending on experience

Hours: 10 hours per week

Requirements

• ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification
• Experience coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities
• Track record of achieving targets and improving teaching programmes

As a Swim Manager, you will:

• Engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
• Utilize every opportunity to help people learn and develop
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
• Tailor coaching to meet individual needs
• Promote memberships by highlighting our facilities\’ advantages
