This is a unique opportunity for a Qualified Architectural / Environmental professional to join a high-end, luxury Architectural and Consultancy Practice as a Sustainability Consultant – based in Central London – with travel to Dubai every 6 to 8 weeks.

Key Functions:

• Spearhead sustainability initiatives, driving strategic growth and offering comprehensive services to the clients.
• Identify and develop talent within the team and establishing new roles for proficient in-house delivery of sustainability services.
• Lead the sustainability team, setting performance objectives and fostering personal growth.
• Guide clients through sustainable project life cycles, ensuring compliance with international and local assessment tools.
• Expand services through strategic partnerships and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Innovate beyond conventional practices by harnessing software tools like Rhino, Grasshopper, etc., and automation for enhanced effectiveness.
• Contribute to business development, nurturing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Oversee implementation of sustainability scopes in projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Responsible for leading the documentation and certification processes for LEED, BREEAM, and other project certifications on behalf of clients, and proficiently representing these certifications in front of the regulatory authorities.

Must Have Skills:

• 10+ years of project experience in shopping malls, Hotels, Hospitals, and Residential & Commercial Towers.
• Strong knowledge of Sustainable designs.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling/planning and tracking of progress.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and writing skills.
• Awareness/ Exposure on various System methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Leadership.

• Budgeting.

• Strategic Management.
• Graduate degree in Architectural / environmental science from Reputed College/University.

Nice to Have Skills:

• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification.
• Software Knowledge: IES, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D, Design Builder.
