Job Description:
Are you passionate about sustainability and responsible business practices? We are seeking a dedicated Sustainability and Responsible Business Reporting Analyst to join our firm. With a global presence and a commitment to diversity and inclusion, we focus on growing responsibly, guided by strong ESG principles. This role can be based in Birmingham, Manchester, or London.
Who you\’ll work with
Join our Business Operations Team, reporting to the Sustainability Manager, collaborating with colleagues across Facilities, HR, Information Systems, Marketing, and Risk. Support the Sustainability Committee in driving key initiatives to embed sustainability across the firm.
Sustainability Reporting
- Support reporting in line with frameworks including ISO 14001, ISO 14064, EcoVadis, SECR, ESOS, GRI, ISSB, and UNGC
- Collect and analyze carbon data, track emissions, and contribute to net-zero planning
- Assist with external benchmarking and regulatory submissions
- Contribute to our annual Responsible Business Report
Supply Chain Sustainability
- Support supplier onboarding and sustainability assessments
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve sustainability in the supply chain
- Help deliver net-zero initiatives and engage suppliers on environmental and ethical standards
Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement
- Contribute to firmwide sustainability projects aligned with the 2030 vision
- Track progress against objectives and support continuous improvement
- Respond to client sustainability requests requiring technical input
- Prepare internal and external reports and presentations
Internal Engagement
- Assist with planning and delivering sustainability events and campaigns
- Develop training and communication materials to raise awareness
- Support initiatives to engage employees in sustainability goals
