We’re hiring support workers for our centre in Worle. We support around 20 people daily at our Worle centre, providing sessions both within the building and outside, such as at our allotments and in the community. We also offer community and enabling support for young adults and children, helping them access facilities and activities of their choice. The shifts are varied and include evenings and weekends.

Your skills and life experience could be a great match for our support worker role. All you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a can-do attitude, and a desire to help someone live a full life! The support provided is tailored to each person’s values, preferences, and needs, which may include developing daily living skills, accessing the community, personal care, and medication management. A full driving licence is required for this role.

Sleep-ins are paid at £60 extra (basic salary £11.68 - £12.01 per hour). These can be worked in other services as well.
