As the Logistics Executive, you’ll be involved with end-to-end supply chain management, overseeing the movement of goods into UK & EU warehouses and out to customers.

Your duties will include:

• Customer Service – Communicating with major retail and wholesale customers regarding orders, ensuring smooth end-to-end processes.
• Managing 3PLs (warehouses & hauliers), coordinating, invoicing, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Updating SAP system accurately regarding products, new customers, and customer demand.
• Working with warehousing to meet KPI’s and “On Time in Full” requirements.
• Forecasting and inventory auditing to maximize cost and material efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch, French, or German (speaking & writing).
• An analytical approach to work, with the ability to identify ways to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Experience with order processing, liaising with 3PLs & customers.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• A proactive attitude and ability to control processes.
