Studio Manager – Leading functional Hyrox partner gym at the heart of Fulham!

£34-36k basic salary plus excellent bonus and commission earning potential. We’re looking for a leader looking to advance their career into managing a thriving fitness community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional classes and sessions.
• Technical and organisational management of the entire training department according to the standards of the club management.
• Coordinating the live classes and group workouts.
• Training and supporting new instructors/trainers.
• Assisting with events, challenges, social media, and projects.
• Administrative tasks including following our robust sales process.
• Developing, nurturing, and growing our existing community members.
• Leading our fitness events community (Hyrox, ATHX, Turf Games).

What Are We Looking For?

• Ideally a candidate with several years in the fitness industry and able to deliver excellent, high-energy classes.
• Social media/tech savvy.
• Very strong MS Office skills.
• Distinguished by organisational talent and likes to work as a team.
• Friendly and communicative personality with a decisive attitude.
• Personable, friendly, and positive individual comfortable building rapport with members and trainers.
• Willing to learn and perform.
• Reliable and conscientious.
• Fitness and music are part of your lifestyle.
• Track record of successful sales is preferred.
