This post is available as a 9-month secondment. The post holder will play a key role in developing and executing communication and marketing strategies aimed at prospective students, ensuring alignment with faculty and university-wide standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring prospectus information complies with UCL and CMA regulations
- Designing and producing marketing literature
- Coordinating events, including virtual and on-campus open days
- Managing the annual marketing plan for UG and PGT programmes
- Producing and distributing promotional materials
- Updating and maintaining department websites with course information, including content creation and multimedia management
About you
The successful candidate should demonstrate:
- Education to A level standard (Grade C or above) or relevant experience in writing and analysis
- Understanding of digital marketing landscape, including SEO, paid activity, content, and social media
- Experience liaising with external designers and printers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and diary management software
- Strong communication skills tailored to various audiences
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
