The University of Reading is seeking to appoint a Student Immigration Compliance Manager within the Student Experience and Education Directorate.

The successful candidate will lead the Student Immigration Compliance team, part of the International Student Advisory team, supporting international students with visa and immigration advice and enhancing their overall experience in the UK. This role is vital for the recruitment and retention of international students through effective compliance processes.

Key requirements include:

• Deep knowledge of UKVI Student Sponsor regulations and their impact on university operations.
• Understanding of Student visa policies, Immigration Rules, and Sponsor Guidance.
• Collaborative working style and ability to contribute to team goals.
• Ability to analyze complex immigration policies and develop clear procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address compliance issues proactively.
