Structured Finance Lawyer – 2-6 years PQE

Brief

We are currently looking to recruit a 2-6 years PQE Lawyer into our Structured Finance Team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following workstreams: securitisation (private or public), asset-backed securities, receivables financing, and/or asset-based lending.

Background

We advise a broad range of funders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions. We act for all the UK clearing banks, several European and investment banks, independent financiers, and investment funds on all types of facilities across asset-based finance, securitisation, and debt capital markets. We also act for many borrowers, from listed companies to small enterprises, on their financings. Our practice is broad and very varied. We are expanding our Structured Finance team and are looking for someone to support this growth.

The Candidate Required

The successful candidate will ideally:

• Have gained experience in a City, or a strong national/regional, firm.
• Be technically excellent and commercially aware.
• Be a team player with a client-focused approach and excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Be expected to work closely with partners in the national structured finance practice and other senior lawyers in that group.
