Vickerstock are delighted to be working with a national Engineering consultancy to recruit for a Structural Design Engineer, as they continue their mission to deliver a net zero built environment.

This is a permanent role based in central Leeds.

The Structural Design Engineer will provide expertise and guidance to exciting projects across the world, top-quality structural designs and work on projects from inception to hand-over.

You will be offered:

Your new role as Structural Design Engineer

• Create structural designs for a range of specialisms including aviation, flood management and healthcare.
• Analyse building structures.
• Use 3D software packages to create world-class design.
• Create high-quality written reports.
• Ensure health and safety is key in your work.

What you will need to succeed

• A Civil or Structural Engineering degree
• Experience with production of calculations and specifications
• Experience preparing tender and contract documentation.
• Knowledge of software such as Robot, Masterseries and Etabs
