Strategy & Operations Consultant

Hybrid / Remote – 50/50 on customer site

Right now, we’re hiring a Strategy & Operations Consultant to lead discovery and diagnostics with some of the UK’s most exciting brands.

The Role

This isn’t a backroom strategy gig. This is sleeves-rolled-up, first-through-the-door consulting.

You’ll run structured discovery sessions, dig through data, map process pain points, and build roadmaps that actually lead to change. You’ll sit with founders, shadow ops teams, and surface the hidden blockers that slow businesses down.

You won’t do it alone. You’ll be backed by a delivery team across Tech, Talent, and Ops and you’ll shape the strategy that gets executed.

You’ll Be Doing Things Like:

Running maturity assessments, fulfilment audits, and tech reviews

Mapping processes, team structures and system usage

Spending time on-site to see how things really work

Pulling insight from data – orders, errors, cost-to-serve, returns, stock flows

Building visual, no-waffle outputs that drive action

Presenting back to founders and SLTs with clarity and confidence

Working cross-functionally to ensure strategy turns into execution

What You’ll Need

3+ years in consulting, business analysis, or strategic ops

Deep understanding of how brands scale across supply chain, fulfilment, logistics

Strong analytical toolkit – Excel, BI tools, process mapping

First-rate communication skills with warehouse teams and C-suite alike

Calm under pressure & clear in chaos
