The practice offers: Compliance Strategy support to embed risk management into business practices and drive informed decisions Compliance Analytics support through technology and data solutions within ZS’s analytics platform Data Privacy & Protection support to develop sustainable solutions for data privacy compliance Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Consultant Deliver high-quality solutions for clients. Possess problem-solving, analytic, synthesis, and communication skills. Support the Compliance, Privacy & Risk practice to innovate and improve client outcomes by integrating risk management into solutions, leveraging analytics, and promoting ethical culture. Responsibilities: Define project scope and approach with leadership Lead project tasks, organize data, and coordinate meetings Create impactful PowerPoint presentations Analyze issues, develop hypotheses, and test them through qualitative and quantitative analyses Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results Provide thought leadership and contribute to internal activities Mentor junior team members Qualifications: 3-6 years experience in compliance programs, preferably in life sciences or Med Tech sectors Experience in industry, consulting, or government preferred Knowledge of key life sciences areas such as third-party risk management, medical affairs, monitoring Advanced degrees in business, law, healthcare management, or a PhD in related fields Motivated, ethical, mature, and proactive Leadership and team management skills Effective communication skills for engaging with senior decision-makers Attention to detail and quality focus Analytic and innovative problem-solving skills Client service orientation Expected Behaviors: Decision-making based on values Prioritize impact Accountability Agility We offer comprehensive rewards, including health, financial planning, and professional development.
