Our Stores Managers are all about inspiring excellence, in their teams and stores. Setting brilliant standards that keep our customers coming back to us, managing all store operations, customer service, and leading a dynamic team to drive the stores forward and deliver outstanding results. You will know the importance of meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and managing budgets.

• Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn, work hard, and progress
• Comfortable in a front line role facing the public
• Previous experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong understanding of the multiple store operations
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
• Passionate about our brand
• Able to work under pressure and react quickly to resolve issues
• Able to multitask and be flexible at all times
• Highly punctual
