Setting brilliant standards that keep our customers coming back to us, managing all store operations, customer service, and leading a dynamic team to drive the stores forward and deliver outstanding results. You will know the importance of meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and managing budgets.
What we look for
- Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn, work hard, and progress
- Comfortable in a front line role facing the public
- Previous experience in a fast-paced service environment
- Strong understanding of the multiple store operations
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Passionate about our brand
- Able to work under pressure and react quickly to resolve issues
- Able to multitask and be flexible at all times
- Highly punctual
