Job Title: Stores Coordinator

Due to continued success and expansion plans, a new position as a Stores Coordinator has arisen within a well-established company with a strong reputation for employee longevity.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing daily operations of Goods In & Out, maintaining the booking system, recording stock locations, and ensuring all paperwork is correct and available for dispatched orders.
2. Updating and maintaining the ERP system daily, including data entry of Proof of Delivery (POD) information into the database.
3. Liaising with courier contractors to arrange collections, monitor service levels, and escalate issues to management.
4. Communicating with customers via email and telephone regarding part arrivals.
5. Unpacking incoming part deliveries.
6. Updating Excel spreadsheets daily and compiling information for internal reports.
7. Assisting with physical stock takes as required.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate should demonstrate a good working knowledge of stock operations, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach with keen attention to detail. Support and training will be provided to familiarize you with company processes and procedures. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in Stock Control, Goods In/Out administration, or Despatch roles.
