• Ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining store standards.
• Managing stock levels, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Analyzing reports and creating action plans.
• Communicating sales goals and performance metrics to staff.
• Recruiting, training, and coaching employees.
• Leading meetings and regional collaborations.
• Making informed decisions under pressure.
• Setting and achieving challenging goals focused on service, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Implementing action plans and managing results.
• Fostering energy, excitement, and shared values.

YOU

• Progressive retail management experience.
• Store management background in service or retail sectors.
• Extensive experience connecting with consumers in a brand retail environment.
• Experience in operations, budgeting, planning, and sales.
• People management skills, conflict resolution, and purpose-driven leadership.
• Effective communication and ability to foster belonging.
• Collaborative mindset, recognizing team contributions.
• Courage to give constructive feedback.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently.
• Energetic presence on the shop floor that inspires trust.
