Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with management to meet sales, budget, and performance goals.
- Identifying growth opportunities and improving performance.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining store standards.
- Managing stock levels, visual merchandising, and store operations.
- Analyzing reports and creating action plans.
- Communicating sales goals and performance metrics to staff.
- Recruiting, training, and coaching employees.
- Leading meetings and regional collaborations.
- Making informed decisions under pressure.
- Setting and achieving challenging goals focused on service, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Implementing action plans and managing results.
- Fostering energy, excitement, and shared values.
YOU
- Progressive retail management experience.
- Store management background in service or retail sectors.
- Extensive experience connecting with consumers in a brand retail environment.
- Experience in operations, budgeting, planning, and sales.
- People management skills, conflict resolution, and purpose-driven leadership.
- Effective communication and ability to foster belonging.
- Collaborative mindset, recognizing team contributions.
- Courage to give constructive feedback.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently.
- Energetic presence on the shop floor that inspires trust.
