What you’ll get to do

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to oversee our Flagship store on Regent Street. You’ll achieve sales objectives, maintain the highest operational and merchandising standards, and build, coach, and develop a highly motivated in-store team.

Key responsibilities:

Profit and Sales Generation:

• Meeting sales goals & setting business strategies
• Demonstrate sales leadership, playing an active role on the selling floor

Customer Service:

• Empower the Fragrance Consultants to provide the highest level of customer service
• Build and manage the client database, utilizing it to increase sales and customer contact
• Manage all special events inclusive of collection previews, client events, sale events, and center events

Operations:

• Ensure correct staffing levels
• Look after areas of risk management, including physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management
• Deliver relevant team member training, i.e., POS systems
• Conduct stock inventories as needed
• Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, and petty cash

Merchandising/Visual:

• Implement merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies
• Partner with operations, logistics & product teams to ensure the right assortment for the store, communicating inventory needs to support the business goal
• Ensure the selling floor is always picture perfect and on brand

Human Resources:

• Work with the Education team to deliver all training programs and initiatives to develop the Fragrance Consultants
• Continually evaluate the performance of each Fragrance Consultant and provide constant feedback to ensure results
• Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessary
