Job Description:
As a Dispensing Store Manager, you will use your leadership experience and passion to help your retail and pharmacy business grow and improve.
About the role
You will report to the Area Manager and lead by example, being a visible and accessible leader for your team. You will collaborate with your retail and pharmacy teams to achieve store goals, always prioritizing customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering a sustainable and efficient retail and pharmacy operating platform to ensure stock availability, control costs, minimize loss, and meet customer expectations.
- Staying updated with new business priorities, including Pharmacy services and New Product Launches.
- Analyzing data, trends, and insights to respond quickly to customer needs.
- Managing team performance and development through coaching and reviews.
- Conducting regular reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance.
What you’ll need to have
These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role:
- Experience leading a team in a retail environment.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services valid in the UK.
- Completion of a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent.
