Job Description:
As a Dispensing Store Manager, you will use your leadership experience and passion to help your retail and pharmacy business grow and improve.
About the role
Working onsite, you will report to the Area Manager and lead from the front by being a visible and accessible part of your team. Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with your retail and pharmacy teams to achieve store business goals, keeping customer satisfaction at the core
- Delivering a sustainable and efficient retail and pharmacy operating platform to ensure stock availability, control costs, minimize loss, and meet customer expectations
- Staying updated on new priorities across the business, including Pharmacy services and New Product Development launches
- Interpreting data, trends, and insights to respond quickly to customer needs
- Managing team performance and development through coaching and reviews
- Conducting reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure safety for patients and the public
What you’ll need to have
Essential skills and experience include:
- Experience leading a team in a retail environment
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services valid in the UK
- Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent

Desirable skills include:
- Experience navigating and embracing new technology
