Our Sally Beauty and Salon Services stores get us closer to the customers we serve, enabling us to build more personal relationships with hair and beauty professionals right across the country. Bring your people skills and passion for sales to our retail division of the business.
We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to join our team in Warwick. For our Store Managers, passion and personality are key. You need to be the sort of person who can deliver against ambitious KPIs in a challenging retail environment. You should demonstrate commerciality and drive for excellent standards, and an eagerness to learn and be stretched daily.
You’ll be experienced in inventory management and stock control, developing business relationships and driving career progression for people within your team. A natural instinct to share and develop knowledge will put you in a great position to be the best you can be upon joining us. We’re looking for someone who has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, proud to be a retail leader and someone who really wants to make a difference in their career.
Being a retail business, we require all employees to work flexibly. Here at Sally, we work Monday to Sunday on a rota basis which you will be notified of two weeks in advance. You may also be required to work at another location (within reasonable travelling distance). If flexibility cannot be met, we are unable to process your application further. You must also be over 18 years old due to the products we sell.
Our values are important to us and we want our staff to be able to be themselves at work, sharing knowledge and passion with teams and customers and being bold! Don’t be afraid to take risks and break the mould. At Sally, we want people to drive growth and create their own futures and most importantly take care of each other, our community and the planet. We all play a role in building a truly diverse, inclusive company. Finding beauty in diversity is in our DNA because our differences are what make us beautiful. Our diversity, inclusivity, and self-expression fuel our innovation and growth. In our company, we come together to create a culture for one & all.
Apart from a great place to work, we are pleased to offer the following benefits:
- Competitive rates of pay & monthly bonus opportunities
