We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at Bonmarché in Spalding. Our store is located on the bustling High Street in this charming market town, known for its beautiful countryside, historic buildings, and vibrant community, attracting residents and visitors alike. It’s an exciting place to be, and we’re looking for someone to help drive our success in this lively and developing town.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We seek a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.
• Maximise Profitability: Implement effective sales strategies and promotions to enhance store performance.
