Reporting Line: Reporting to the Area Manager, the Store Manager will lead growth at Hardy's Road SPAR, engaging with colleagues and customers, aligning strategies, and fostering a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team committed to excellent customer service.
- Create a positive work environment promoting teamwork and community.
- Manage daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and stock control.
