Job Opportunity: Store Manager at Hardy's Road, Cleethorpes SPAR

Salary: £30,000 p/a pro rata for part-time, plus potential bonus of up to £7,800, and excellent benefits.

Hours: Full-time / part-time / job share up to 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Reporting Line: Reporting to the Area Manager, the Store Manager will lead growth at Hardy's Road SPAR, engaging with colleagues and customers, aligning strategies, and fostering a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team committed to excellent customer service.
  • Create a positive work environment promoting teamwork and community.
  • Manage daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and stock control.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards.
