Responsibilities:

  1. You will have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team.
  2. This is a very hands-on role, where you will be responsible for spinning a lot of plates in order to drive operational standards and deliver sales.
  3. Experience of managing a high-volume digital operation would be an advantage, as many of our stores offer an online home delivery service.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Hard working and proactive.
  2. Able to instil our values into your team and store.
