Cluster Strategy and Budget Define the cluster strategy and allocate the budget for each year. Execute the strategy, including activities to boost the number of startups in the Startup Program and increase OVHcloud spending by these members.

Promotion in the Startup Network Identify and attend relevant startup events to recruit new startups for the program. Accelerate startup recruitment in the Cluster through partnerships with VCs, incubators, and accelerators. Collaborate with support representatives to onboard and scale up recruited startups. Drive adoption of OVHcloud solutions among startups. Create awareness within the ecosystem to generate opportunities. Gather feedback from Startup Program members for continuous improvement. Manage the lifecycle of initiatives, including operational success and iterations.

Achieving Business Objectives Implement customer usage metrics and reporting to enhance customer experience. Track progress of startups in the CRM lead management system. Coordinate with marketing teams for targeted campaigns. Engage with startup decision-makers to understand their purchasing plans and cloud solution criteria. Produce reports on program monitoring and KPIs. Recommend suitable cloud solutions to customers. Identify opportunities for additional revenue.

Skills Required Knowledge of cloud technologies and startup lifecycle/needs. Understanding of OVHcloud's products is desirable but not essential.

Additional Skills Knowledge of OpenStack and VMware is a plus.
